2. Purpose

These terms govern the relationship between the owner and the user who buys products in the store. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age and accept these terms in full.

3. Products and prices

Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before checkout.

We may change prices and catalogue at any time. The applicable price is the one in force when the order is confirmed.

4. Ordering

To buy, add products to the cart and complete the payment process. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and the contract is formed at that point.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed through a secure gateway; we do not store your full card details.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without justification, as set out in consumer law. See the Shipping & returns page for details.

7. Warranties

Products carry the legal warranty applicable to consumer goods. If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, contact us at soporte@shopmythos.com.

8. Liability

The owner is not liable for service interruptions beyond its control or for misuse of the store by third parties.
