Shipping & returns

1. Shipping areas and costs

We ship to mainland Spain and other destinations shown at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before payment.

2. Delivery times

The estimated delivery time is shown on each product and at checkout. Part of our catalogue ships directly from the supplier, so some times may be longer; you will always see an estimate before confirming.

We will send tracking information once your order leaves the warehouse.

3. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without justification. You can do it directly with the “Withdraw from contract” button in the footer, or by emailing us at soporte@shopmythos.com with your order number.

The product must be returned in its original condition. The refund will be issued to the same payment method once the product is received and checked.

4. Defective products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

5. Return costs

Except for defective products or our error, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer. We will explain the procedure when you start a return.
